I would like to thank the Scarborough Public Safety Department for erecting the “caution” sign and orange cones around the memorial site for Steven Delano. Demonstrating such respect and concern for our grieving young citizens during this difficult time is greatly appreciated. My sincere sympathies to the Delano family.
