Construction workers at a Quarterdeck Lane home April 5 complied with a police request to turn down loud music after allegedly ignoring the same request from neighbors.
Lunch to go
A 24-year-old Steep Falls woman was arrested April 6 for theft and violating conditions of release after allegedly stealing three containers of ice cream and one container of soup from Shaw’s Supermarket on Payne Road.
Gotcha
A 21-year-old man was summonsed for criminal speeding after police said he was doing 95 mph on I-295 at 1 a.m. on April 7.
In a flash I
The driver of a silver-colored sedan allegedly speeding and weaving through Route 1 traffic April 7 could not be located by police.
Stay home
On April 7, police charged a 24-year-old Massachusetts man with theft for allegedly stealing an $84 laser pistol from Cabela’s.
Bearing arms
Police determined a man seen April 8 emerging from woods off Route 114 and carrying a pistol in his belt was not breaking any laws.
In a flash II
The driver of a green pickup truck allegedly speeding and weaving through Route 1 traffic around 6:40 a.m. on April 9 could not be located by police.
Young and reckless
After a near head-on collision on Broadturn Road early April 10, an 18-year-old woman was arrested for operating under the influence and without a license and her 22-year-old companion was arrested for violating conditions of release.
