To the editor:

Amy Volk for House of Representatives District 127 is not your average candidate. Amy is more than what meets the eye. It is important to point out she is a mother who is actively involved in all of the endeavors (and there are many!) of her four children, supporting Young Life and her own religious aspirations, supporting her husband in his community coaching, operating her business responsibilities and managing her affairs by multitasking her way through life.

Amy is extremely knowledgeable in the aspects of life important to Scarborough residents: our kids’ education, how our tax revenues are allocated, town and school board budgetary cuts and allocation to name a few. In addition, she has her finger on the pulse of the political climate of our nation and the effects in Maine. She is extremely articulate in expressing her point of view and has the ability to be open minded to convey the information at hand. I will vote for Amy Volk and I invite you to as well.
