A party on Broadturn Road where underage drinking was alleged was broken up at 12:10 a.m. on July 29. No summonses were issued and no arrests were made according to police.

Two underaged beachgoers were instructed to dispose of alcoholic beverages at 3:18 p.m. on July 29 at Higgins Beach.

MEMBERSHIP DENIED

After creating a disturbance by eating and pacing in store aisles at Sam’s Club, a man abandoned his car near the store entrance and crossed Route 114 on foot. Police say he was trying to hide near Shaw’s Supermarket at 10:38 a.m. on July 31 when he was arrested and charged with operating after suspension, violating bail conditions and failing to register his vehicle.
