Letter: Police shouldn’t need a sign to enforce (March 13, 2009)

Editor:

Payne Road is not the only rural/neighborhood road in town that has turned into a highway. Why do the Scarborough police think the way to enforce the speed limit is to put a “your speed is” sign on the side of the road?

It didn’t work, did it? How about some good old fashion enforcement of the traffic laws?
