Corrections, clarification

 In the Aug. 29 edition of the Leader Scarborough Village was incorrectly referred to as Scarborough Downs Village. Also, the total acreage at Scarborough Downs is 523 acres.

In the Leader’s things to do section it was incorrectly stated that the Scarborough Farmer’s was to take place Aug. 30, when it was Aug. 31.

Clarification: It should be clarified that in the Aug. 29 issue of the Leader, in the story entitled, “Commission told to keep mum,”  Scarborough Town Council Chairman Jeff Messer referred to a letter to the Department of Environmental Protection as “anonymous.”
