I would like to take this opportunity to thank the voters of the Town who took the time to vote by absentee ballot or who braved the inclement weather to come to the polls.
I will endeavor to represent all citizens of the town with fairness and always with a willing to compromise on the issues. I cannot, however, represent you if I do not hear from you. Your opinions and thoughts on issues facing the Council are important so please call the number at the Town Hall, when it is listed for me, or e-mail me at the Town address or at my home e-mail jroy1@maine.rr.com and I will respond to you.  
Again thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve the Town of Scarborough as a Councilor again.
